When you open a hex file , a window opens Usbpicprog Error , can not open the file

Please be more specific about the error, I have never seen this error before.
-what is your OS and version of usbpicprog
-Please supply the hex file you are trying to load
-Please show a screenshot of the error.

yes,
so is windows 7 64 bit
version of usbpicprog en 5

I try to open any .hex, throws this error
