#12 Erase misbehaviour

Hi,

I am using v1.0.0 beta on Win 8.1 x64. Programmer erases program area fine but does not reset config bits to defaults sometime it does but not always. Blank check always say device is not blank after erase checked with 16F84A and 16F628A. Sometime, erase makes device blank but again not always. 16F877A and 18F4550 are in pipe line (to be checked).
