I had a problem with the latest svn release.
When building the drivers there were a lot of messages for unresolved symbols.
And I could not load the modules:
insmod: error inserting 'usbip_common.ko': -1 Unknown symbol in module
This patch fixes these problems.
The 'usbip_common.ko' module, however, is now named 'usbip_common_mod.ko'
because there were problems when the name of a (kernel-)module, and an object
file have the same name.
It is, of course, possible, that the mistake is on my side. So if your modules
built correctly, please tell me if you have any idea, what I might have done
The patch can be applied with
you@... $ cd /your/usbip/directory
you@... $ ls
linux usbip-patch1.diff www
you@... $ patch -p1 < usbip-patch1.diff
For your own safety, please read the patch before applying ;)
Beauty? What's that?
