[usbip-devel] linux driver/userland development

Hello,

as part of a university project, Dominik and I would like to make some
contributions to the usbip Linux driver/userland (like Stefan and Kurt did
earlier this year).

We noticed that usbip lacks a proper method for permanent configuration.
Would a config file be desirable or is it intentionally not done?

Furthermore, we would like to enable some kind of authentication (at least
for the handshake), for which gnutls looks very convenient. Would it be ok
to introduce a dependency on gnutls?
