I get a crash when trying to install on an AMD Athlon XP machine running Windows XP SP3. Here's the steps that got me there:
1. I un-compressed "USBDM_Win32_4_4a.zip" then un-compressed the "Win32FlashProgrammers.zip" from late updates. I then copied the late update files into the Utilities directory.
2. I successfully installed the USB driver for my programmer. I could see it in Device Manager.
3. Then I ran "Install Codewarrior Files.cmd" under an admin login.
I get a crash when the batch file tries to run AddUSBDMWizard.exe. It says:

I have performed the exact same steps on a laptop also running XP and CodeWarrior 10.0 and it all works just fine.
Help!?
Thanks,
