urlShort 1.0.0 has been released on SourceForge.net. It's an initial release, put together from the code powering our urlShort service so things might take a little tweaking. In the future my hope is for the install process to be as simple as upload, create a database and edit config.php, but it's not there yet.

As things are added to our urlShort, they'll also be released in an update to urlShort on SourceForge.net. Such things that will appear soon include automatic copying of shortened URLs, and also updates to the API to create custom short URLs, and a resolve capability.... read more
