#7 Drag files to other windows

I'd like to be able to drag a file into a new window,
perhaps that'd be another downloads manager. I dont
plan on constricting people to MY application, if it
doesnt work with certain files, people might thank a
nice easy way to extract those downloads quickly and
easily to another client, perhaps it'll be their main
client, whilst certain hard and awkward files they
would use something else. Or perhaps it'd crash with
certain situtations, but they like it better than
something else.

who knows, I just think it would be a great idea.
