#6 Ability to drag files around within the interface

I'd like to, instead of going through the interface to
change a downloads position within a queue and within
each queue, move them around with a mouse.

So instead of selecting 5 downloads, viewing
properties, selecting new queues for each, you'd just
drag them to another queue, nice and simple.

also to drag around downloads within a queue, would
make management of downloads easier and quicker.
