#4 debug window output wont update if another window is open

If you have the debug window open, viewing the debug
information output by URLGrabber, then click a
downloads, attempt to view it's properties, or show a
queue's properties. The new window grabs the focus of
URLGrabber and therefore all other windows wont update
until that window is closed
