In the function wiggler2_clock:

- TRST could be incorrectly marked as cleared.
- TMS could be incorrectly marked as set.
- TDI could be incorrectly marked as set.

The attached patch fixes this bug.

    My mistake. This bug is invalid. Sorry.

    Nevertheless, applying this patch is still a good thing because there could be more signals in PARAM_SIGNALS (cable) in the future, i.e. more signals than TRST, TCK, TMS and TDI.
