Hi All, as my cygwin64 was giving an error on ioperm, i moved to rpi4b expecting easier solution. but libusb and libftdi modules are not found after installation and I am surprised that what is happening. I installed libusb, libftid & urjtag from .deb files(no compilation) after downloading specific one form bookworm. But no hope.

Bingo.. I installed PYFTDI just for driver and then run jtag on sudo
