How to install USB driver for URG

URG sensor driver, like most drivers, is not digitally signed by Microsoft. Thus, Windows 8 will refuse to install it. We need to disable the Driver Signature Enforcement temporarily. Windows should be rebooted with this option disabled. The following steps show you how to do that:

Go to the right bottom corner of the desktop and wait for the side menu to appear. When it's there click on the gear icon with the title "Settings".
Now click on the entry "More PC Settings", then click on the entry "General".
Scroll down to "Restart now" (under "Advanced startup") and click it.

In Windows 8.1 click (Update and recovery), then (Recovery), then scroll down to "Restart now" (under "Advanced startup") and click it.
Wait a bit for a menu.
Now click "Troubleshoot", then "Advanced Options" and after that click "Windows Startup Settings".
Click on "Restart" and wait for the profile to happen.
Press either the F7 key or the number 7 key from your computer keyboard.

After it finally booted into the operating system you can install the driver. After you've installed the driver reboot your computer normally and you're done.
