We are using sensor UST-20LX for navigation in warehouse (Using for AGV (automated guided vehicle)). It operate well but when AGV run in the warehouse, it will be vibrate. So the data of sensor is wrong. And we read the encoder data of sensor, it also wrong. Can you tell me the advice to fixing this error.
Please give me the advice when using UST-20LX in vibrate environment such as AGV (in warehouse).
Have other sensor of HOKUYO using in AGV to navigation ? (Using in warehouse environment)

If you solve this probrem UST-20LX , how about Storing distance data of several scans and choosing one distance (by median, most frequent, shortest and so on) from stored data？
Storing several scans may weaken the influence of vibration.
If you use other sensor, I recommend 3D sensor (YVT-35LX in HOKUYO).
