#26 Moving the cursor inside waveform using the keyboard

Using the mouse it is possible to place a cursor inside a waveform, making it possible to start playback at a certain position, split a phrase, select a portion of audio ect.

The same can not as far as I can tell be done using the keyboard, at lease not if you are not playing the audio.

I suggested solution to this problem would be to allow the user to change the playback cursor using eg. the Left/Right arrow keys when playback is paused.
