#91 window maximize through title bar dblclick causes NRE

With a loaded project and VU-meter open, double-click on the Obi main window title bar to toggle maximized state. Causes an NRE every other time (not 100% repeatable). Before doing this, I had resized the TOC View. This cannot be repeated on a project without any sections/phrases.
