#7 executable encryption

Is there an easy way to add encryption for UPX?
I see this feature like following:
User executes encrypted and packe3d executable. Then password is asked and executable is decrypted using that password. This is important for some confidential programs.

Such innovations can exist outside official release.
I need this for windows PE executable and I can spend some time to implement it by myself.
