#91 UPX does not support .NET Framework using PE files.

I like UPX but I would love if it Also Supported .NET Executables that use the .NET Framework. Those files unpackable / Can corrupt the files when used in the GUI version. So, please Add support for them. (For if users of C# or VB.Net can be ease when people cant use .NET Reflector or even ILSpy on their code)
