#71 Support for New-Exe and .NET

UPX packs most executable formats without a problem and is a very powerful packer. However, it does not yet support New-Exe or .NET applications. It would be a major addition to UPX, since more applications are being released in 64-bit format. The inclusion of .NET executable packing would also be beneficial since many developers use the .NET framework to create applications for Windows.
