#233 Quiet option doesn't seem to do much.

I expected q to suppress the output from upx, but it doesn't seem to do much at all. It only seems to disable the progress bar. Recommend quiet supressing all output from the program, or adding another option to do so.

Most of us generally expect a program to become much less verbose if we specify an option specifically to do it.
