[Upthread-devel] Any plan to migrate the build system to autoconf/automake?

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any plan to replace current hand-written
makefile-based build system with autoconf/automake? That would
probably make installation and distribution of Upthread package
easier...If there is such need, I can help on this migration.
