#2 Upstand's first samples release

This task will give out the project Upstand's first
samples release.
The release should
1.decide the folders of the whole project and
2.include at least one widget and
3.include the simple program for text display.
4.include at leate one example program.
Which in other words, the release should include all
the production of the 4 sub-projects.
