[Upstage-list] deleting

now you can delete stuff on the 8083 server.

Before you go deleting everything though, be warned that it wouldn't be 
a good idea to remove stuff that is still in use in a stage. Later it 
shall be that you just can't do that.

Also there's no undo button.

great ...  time for some cleaning! : )

i guess we should also recommend in the manual that people back up 
the original graphics files of their avs, props, backdrops etc. 
separately, bcos once you've uploaded to upstage, you can't download 
the individual files again, can you?
