Just letting you know that the migration is complete.

A couple of changes to note:

- upsatge.org.nz:8081 is the primary instance

- upsatge.org.nz:8082 is the development instance (Was 8083)

- upsatge.org.nz:8089 is the legacy instance (Was 8084)
