[Upstage-list] text chat - scroll bar & list of people present

i'm really enjoying playing round in upstage, but there are 2 things 
that are making it difficult: one is not having a scroll bar on the 
text chat, & the other is not knowing who's actually there.

the scroll bar needs to be a real priority - otherwise it's almost 
impossible to keep up with the conversation.

i've been thinking about where we could fit in a little box showing 
who is present, & i think that if we have the scroll bar we can 
afford to reduce the size of the text chat window (for the players - 
can leave big for audience) and fit in a small window above the text 
chat & below the tools.

all this window needs to have is a list of the players who are 
present in that stage (usernames) & the number of audience present.

i'm sure this is not do-able before the launch (altho the scroll bar 
is pretty urgent) but it will really help us to know where we all are!
