it would be great to have a recording tool built in to UpStage, so that you could click a button at the start of a performance & have it recorded on the server, then click to save the recording at the end. i think this might be possible to do in a way other than just screen recording - if the log of messages between server-client is recorded, then could this be a kind of play-back mechanism? so we are not ending up with massive video files, but rather have a live play-back (as i think you can do in MOO environments).
