#46 stage status - public, private, archived

it would be nice to have a way to give a stage a status, e.g. "private" (not appearing in stage lists anywhere except to the people who have access), "public" (appearing on the home page list) and "archived" (still accessible somewhere but not showing up on the list of stages, as this list gets very long very quickly).
