it would be great if there were a way to leave a sign or message (text) on the stage - for example a little announcement or instruction or like a sign on your avatar saying you've gone to make a cup of tea - a variant of the speech bubble that would not fade but stay visible until you made a command to remove it.

it could perhaps work similar to how we make thought bubbles & shouts, but for example using the # at the start, so you could type "#making cup of tea" & it would appear & not fade until you typed "#" again. this would be useful with invisible avatars, to make signs that stayed visible for longer than speech bubbles. (it could also be useful to have a way to remove a sign that another player has left, e.g. "##" to clear all signs).
