#28 moving up & down in chat window

we discovered this evening that if you (accidentally) double-click in the chat window, it jumps to the beginning of the whole chat. howeever, if you double-click again, you don't go back to the bottom. if there is a lot of text, it is quite painful to have to scroll all the way down (& can be quicker to actually reload the stage).

it could be handy to be able to double-click & go back to the beginning - but not if you're then stuck scrolling back down for ages. so what would be good is if, after double-clicking once to go back to the top, you could double-click again to get to the bottom.

is this possible?
