I'm guessing you're getting an error that's stating that access to a directory is denied.

In order to solve this issue, simply right click on the upScreen icon, navigate to 'Compatibility', then make sure the 'Run as administrator' box is checked (enabled). Apply the settings, and re-run the program, and everything should work fine.

If however, you get further runtime errors, simply navigate to the Compatibility window again, and enable compatibility mode, selecting Windows XP SP3 (or any other OS before Windows Vista (NT 6).
