We are in the process to move forum and bug tracker from 
www.virtualworlds.de to sourceforge so the link I provided are now invalid.

Check out http://sourceforge.net/projects/pupnp Patches section, where 
Song Weijia, the author of the patch, will soon upload it.

Looking forward to seeing you in pupnp. Migration from older SDK version 
to punp should not be a problem.
