[upnp-sdk-dev] Error -208 for SDK initialization

Hi everybody,

Did anyone had ever seen the problem that if the IP address of your devic=
e is
given hardly (not by a DHCP server) UpnpInit fails and gives the -208 ock=
et
error.
I had already had this problem once and when I gave the ip address by DHC=
P the
problem was solved! Does anyone know why? Is that absolutely necessay tha=
t the
device obtain it's ip address by DHCP server?
