#20 Recopiled patch

I have recopiled some patches published in "patches"
section and a patch included in Fedora Core 4 rpm
package in 1.

The only patches don't included in this patch are:
1) Win32 patch.
2) Static libupnp patch.

This patch could be applied over 1.2.1a sources without
problems, and I think will contribute in a little
version increment.
