#65 Error Response When Fetching Port Mapping

So I am using PortMapper 2.1.1 and whenever I put in a preset it never adds. I have added a preset before but now it does not add and it gives me this info.

INFO 2 port mapping added successfully
INFO Got error response when fetching port mapping for entry number 3: '(IncomingActionResponseMessage) 500 Internal Server Error'. Stop getting more entries.
INFO Found 3 mappings

it says it added them but on the port mappings it does not show up. (I had 3 mappings before). I check on a site that I use to make sure that ports are open and the ports I want open are not open.

Please Help
