Sorry for the delayed reply.
It looks like your router did not return the new port forwarding and that's why it is not displayed in PortMapper. This could have the following reasons:

  • Your router only allows fetching port mappings via UPnP but does not allow creating new ones. Maybe the web interface of your router allows changing this behavior.
  • Your router created the port forwarding but does not report it back via UPnP. You could check the web interface to see if the forwarding is displayed there.
  • Your router only allows creating forwardings to your local computer, not for any other computer in the network.
  • You are creating a forwarding to port 1. Maybe your router does not like this port. Please try a different internal port.
