#1 Python 3.8 compatibility

Installing 0.1.2 on a fresh copy of Python 3.8.0 (under Windows) fails, with

NameError: name 'Str' is not defined.

I understand this is likely due to changes in Python 3.8. Seems similar to this issue for an unrelated package.
