The file /usr/local/wbin/env.exe of UnxUtils.zip does not conform to the file standard "Windows PE" or Windows Portable Executable format.

As a consequence, it is considered by some antivirus (like clamav) which analyze exe files to be a broken executable (Broken.Executable in the clamav terminology).

Since antivirus are used to control downloaded files and email attachments, the zip file containing env.exe is blocked.

If env.exe was generated with gcc and correct compilation/linking options, this bug would be a gcc bug and should be sent to the gcc team. Otherwise your build environment is broken and should be fixed in this regard.

To scan your executable for correctness, you can use the following command : "clamscan --detect-broken env.exe"
