I am unable to use GNU win tools as autoconf as they do
not get the exec attribute:
# which autoconf
C:/Application_Files/GnuWin32/bin/autoconf
# ls -l C:/Application_Files/GnuWin32/bin/autoconf
-rw-rw-rw- 1 user group 7950 Dec 25 2003
