#6 Have Unreal 3.1.x any ipv6 support or ipv6 patches ?

I have a small IRC Network in Hungary and I want to
make an ipv6 server. I am currently using Unreal 3.1.5.1.

I wrote in P:Lines:
P:"<ipv6-address>":::6667
P:[<ipv6-address>]:::6667
P:<ipv6-address>:::6667
P:"[<ipv6-address>]":::6667

..but I couldn't connect to <ipv6-address> :P
The question is.. How can I do create an ipv6 server
with 3.1.5.1, 3.1.6 or other 3.1 version ?
