There's alot of them. All raw commands are just the same as the commands
you send on your client. if you use mIRC i dont think there is a debug
mode on it to show you the output of a command you type in, but in my IRC
client there is a command /debug where if you type /msg nickname hey it
out puts in debug mode PRIVMSG nick hey, like using /quote PRIVMSG nick
message.
some commands are:
/msg operserv raw svsnick oldnick newnick :1
/msg operserv raw svsjoin nick channel
/msg operserv raw :servicename join #channel
/msg operserv raw :servicename privmsg user :message
etc etc...
