Hi there,

I've been looking through various configuration files tonight as I want to
change some info that is displayed on users.  Instead of displaying the
standard "<nickname> is an IRCop on <servername>" I would like to replace
this with text of my own choice.  Naturally I would like to change the info
for Admin, CoAdmin, and NetAdmin as well.  Can I do this and how?
