I appologise no one has responded, but for everyones benefit here is the
answer,
in order to reduce the load on a server, if it is sending or recieving too
much data
it goes into something called HTM high traffic mode, this reduces the
ammount
of data that users can request, ie, in htm you as a normal uyser can not do
a /list
and others .. however, if you are the only user on the network, it seams
that your
services are having a little problem, my advice is to recompile them in
debug mode
and start them, with logging on, and contact the author ... and send us a
copy as well
