I've build a small irc network in china, 
and now I met a question, it is that the ircd can only have 1024 connection,
someone said it need need a kernel hack, but I don't how,
can u help me? thank u!

My servers configration,
1)Sun Ultral 60, 600M mem, solaris 2.6
2)Linux 6.1,Dual PIII500, 512M mem
