ircd fd table too big
Hard Limit: 128 IRC max: 0
Fix MAXCONNECTIONS    

mean and what do i edit to fix it

I've installed all and done the config ! When i start Unreal with ./ircd =
then he reports an error ! like these:

[fatal error] File stop code recieved in networks/unrealircd.conf - RTFM
|--------------------------------------------|
|              **** ERROR ****               |
|             Possible problems:             |
| (1) IRCd already running.                  |
| (2) The correct IP was not placed in the   |
|     M:line of the ircd.conf.               |
| (3) DPATH or SPATH's are incorrect. Run    |
|     ./Config to correct that.              |
| (4) Someone else is running an ircd on the |
|     default port you chose in ircd.conf.   |

| If you can't get Unreal IRCd to work - go  |
| to /server irc.flirt.org and join          |
| #UnrealIRCd or mail us at                  |
|    unr...@li...    |

Whats the problem ? What should i do to resolve these problem ?

Hello.

I might be stupid, but I've digged through all the docs and files and =
cannot find out how to get Unreal up & running on Win 2K.
I have started unreal.exe in DOS with unreal start, but then what?
I've read services-install-guide but it only seems to be about UNIX?
