i'm using the UnrealIRCd/32 v3.0-Morrigan(fix)
i'm wondering
is there a diffrence between an oper with all the flags and an oper with =
all the flags cept S (ircd agent)
can do?

i mean, is there something an oper with the S flag can do that any other =
can't ?
