Ok, I have been told that to get an irc.smarthack.com I need to download a server program, which u guys provide.  I have got no idea how to set this up.  All I know is that the server runs on unix.  I have been told I need to telnet into it and compile and configure it.  Please if you can explain this to me I would much appreciate it, thanks

I'm new with Unreal and have no clue where to get services and how to =
work them (pathetic I know) and also how to link. HELP ME!!!

you can do /helpop chmodes and /helpop umodes to get all the modes
but as for commands, they are not documented yet it will take a while
because there are a lot of commands
