[Unreal-support] Suggested Code change

Would it be possible before 3.2 goes final, to change the +x mode so
that if you are an oper you can still see the users IP/DNS address.
Currently you can get this info by doing a /whois on the person in
question (if you are an oper) but that seems to add a step to the
process.
