ok my names robert and i have a small issue with linking that i cant seem to 
solve no matter what i try each general time i try to connect to his server 
it says no response from blah blah w/e
the firewall is open for those ports his ip is on the allow list what are 
some possible reasons for this and is it fixable lol??
