The question is: What use would that have?
The password would have to be - in whatever way - able to be decoded; so
either as plaintext or with "fake/stupid encryption"[1].
If you want it to be started automatically on boot without user
intervention then you shouldn't use an encrypted cert.

[1] which is, in fact, dangerous because it gives a false sense
of security.
