[Unreal-users] my Unreal 3.2.3!

Dear Everone.
Firstly i am new to this group.
And i am true newbie running Unreal the very first time in my life!
i now installed ircd Unreal 3.2.3 Server on Windows 2003 server and
now is running " just only" normally. No more.
I can join and chat from my irc clients and it is OK.
But u know i want my Unreal server running productively, more properly
and beautiful with feature-rich configurations.
As u have already known i am first to this.
so i don't know how to configure all ".confs" files to be
productive,proper and good funuction.
What i want to request u all is,  i want already configured .confs
files as examples for my study and configurations.I want them all to
be sent as attachments to me.
my Unreal server ip address is 192.168.200.12, host name is iserver.svplus.=
biz.
i used a proxy server for internet connection,this server add is
192.168.200.1,host name is server1.
so plz,guide me,educate me,how to configure further with your example
.conf files for me.
 i intend my unreal server to run locally for my students .
plz,help us.
we truly need your assit.
