[Unreal-users] Unknown Message

Hi all,

Sorry if I am sounding like a noob here but I have been seeing this message 
a lot from one of my opers and was wondering what it means.  Is it 
something I should be concerned about?

[2:39 pm] -hub.tx.us.talkingirc.com- IP# Mismatch: <ip> != <host> [03433046]
(I cut the IP and host out for obvious reasons)
